GPS default language is Japanese. For other languages, please request during reservation.

*Changes after reservation may only be fulfilled when inventory allows. Thank you for your understanding.

Pick-up

1. Visit FAMILY GO JAPAN

2. Present your valid driving license, passport

3. Examine and confirm the car model and additional requests. You’re all set!

Instant Pick-up

1.Make reservation online, meet our staff at the airport

2.Examine and confirm the car model and additional requests. Pick-up is swiftly done!

When driving

1.For safety, the driver and all passengers must fasten seatbelts when the car is moving.

2.In accidents, insurance only applies if the registered driver is driving the car. Please do not let anyone other than the registered driver drive.

3.If you encounter any difficulties during the journey, please feel free to contact us, we are committed to bringing you and your companions a memorable experience.

Drop-off

1.Return with a full tank as when rented. (Otherwise, renter will be charged according to driving mileage)

2.If renter would like to extend the rental, please contact us before the original drop-time time. Otherwise, penalties will be charged as agreed.

3.Our staff will examine the returned car in the presence of renter. Personal belongings should be taken care of before the car is returned.

 

* For payment privacy and security, PayPal is supported in reservations on this website.

* Pets are welcomed in our cars, but if renter is traveling with pets, please notify us when making the reservation. Otherwise, requests may be rejected despite reservation successfully made prior.
